Hardcore engineering
RF silicon, FPGA design, embedded ML, compliance engineering. No product-management filler, no frontend fashion cycle. The problem statement is hard and the work is real.
Hands-on founders
Three cofounders with seventy-five years of combined hands-on experience. You will debug signal paths with the CTO and argue threat models with the CEO. No sales-engineer abstractions between you and the silicon.
Real ownership
Founding-team equity. Long-horizon thinking. Compensation structure designed to reward people who build the product, not people who leave at the first up-round.

Senior RF Engineer
Lead wideband RF front-end design, 400 MHz – 6 GHz. Own analog chain, PCB, and pre-silicon validation. Defence industry or SDR background strongly preferred.
FPGA / DSP Engineer (×2)
Signal-processing pipelines on Zynq-class SoCs. Fixed-point DSP, real-time streaming, hardware-software co-design. Verilog/VHDL, HLS welcome.
Embedded Firmware Engineer (×2)
C/C++ firmware on ARM Cortex class MCUs and SoCs. RTOS, Linux kernel, real-time constraints. Prior work on field-deployed embedded systems essential.
ML / Signal-Processing Engineer
RF signature classification, waveform analysis, adaptive algorithms. Train on GPU, deploy on-device. Prior embedded inference or DSP-ML convergence work a strong plus.
PCB / Hardware Engineer
High-speed, mixed-signal PCB design. Power distribution, EMI/EMC discipline, thermal considerations. Experience with defence-grade component selection and conformal coating preferred.
Lab & Test Engineer
Own lab infrastructure, test automation, and bench-to-field validation. VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator proficiency. MIL-STD test familiarity a plus.
Compliance & Certification Lead
Drive DGQA registration, WPC filings, MIL-STD testing coordination, and indigenous content documentation. Prior DPSU or defence-vendor experience essential.
